Osprey Ministries was founded over 30 years ago with a clear mission: to teach Scripture to Indigenous people in a way they could understand and connect with. From the beginning, we’ve believed that the message of the Bible should never be lost in translation—whether through language, culture, or denominational confusion.
While many ministries filter the Gospel through modern doctrines or European traditions, we chose a different path: teaching through the Torah—the ancient instructions given to the people of Israel. Why the Torah? Because the Israelites were a tribal people, not unlike today’s Indigenous communities. Their worldview, customs, and connection to the land resonate deeply with the Indigenous heart.
As the saying goes, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” Osprey Ministries has always strived to live that out. While our ministry may have seemed quiet or unconventional at times, we were always at work—hands-on and heart-first—serving where the need was greatest.
From building projects in Native communities, to restoring orphanages in Haiti and Uganda, we answered the call. We’ve hosted biblical teaching conferences, shared worship through music, and carried the heartbeat of the Native drum into churches, powwows, and events—bridging cultures with truth and compassion.
When people needed clothing, we provided it. When they were hungry, we fed them. When they were in prison, we visited and taught through correspondence. Osprey Ministries has always stood for faith in action.
Today, our mission continues with a fresh voice. We’re expanding into online ministry—sharing through blogs, YouTube teachings, and encouraging messages through Facebook, Instagram and tic toc
